Minor mods including:

A few bug fixes
Hardcoded temporary code that are needed until MDS+ data is fixed
TODOs for things that have to be changed at a certain point.
Working fast spline-fitting of profile data on RHO with example on TS (can be used for BDA or Zeff estimation or other workflows)
Simplified load_modelling_plasma example workflow for simple use.
